A coffee shop has claimed the first bit of retail space in Mauldin’s new BridgeWay Station.
Cohesive Coffee will have 2,500 square feet of space in the development, Hughes Investments announced Tuesday morning. The shop will offer a variety of coffee, tea, wine and light food in an atmosphere that can host business meetings, playdates and more, according to the Hughes Investment news release.
Cohesive Coffee’s first location is in the downtown airport, and founder Josh Williams said he hopes the second shop becomes a staple for Mauldin.
