The United States National Coffee Association (NCA) and Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) have joined forces to release a report that dives headlong into specialty coffee consumption trends.

CHICAGO — Consumers are interested in healthy, plant-based alternatives as well as unique flavors to start the day, according to data from Label Insight.

The company looked at consumer online searches to see what breakfast foods increased in popularity during the pandemic.
